Intervention

Archway, as a centre for assessment and intervention, has a driven desire to help our pupils build their confidence with numeracy and literacy. We aim to aide our pupils with any issues they may be having regarding literacy by enrolling them on the Rapid English program. Rapid English is an IT based intervention delivered by our specially trained staff and focuses on the three main elements of literacy: reading, writing & speaking and listening.
With proven results across many sectors, we chose Rapid English as our literacy intervention due to its mature interface and non-patronizing approach. Each of our pupils will be assigned a trainer and will work exclusively with them one-to-one developing their confidence with the language and fluency in both understanding and delivery (written and spoken). A continual report is generated after each session – allowing us to track the progress of each pupil. Success is tangible; progress is already notable among those pupils completing regular sessions.
